Does anyone use the Large Wolfman Dry Duffel on their GS? Wondering if it would be too big and hang way of the sides. I'll probably just get the medium, but was wondering. Any pics would be cool.

Hey, thats my thread... Anyone can repost any of the photos I put on here for any reason. Especially if it's to help out a fellow adventurer.

Here's some more. It kind of sags a little if you just throw a sleeping bag and clothes in it... If it's got more junk in it and the top is rolled tightly it has good shape and little concern of hitting the exhaust. I ran it forward on the seat before I got the MOD rack. I'm still trying to figure out the perfect way to load the bike but the bag is awesome.

I'll take some bag specific photos for you of it tonight if you'd like...I'm camping over the weekend.

I use the large, it works really well. I don't pack it full when I leave and it helps if I have to keep jackets, water, groceries, etc in it on the run, never run out of space! The cool part is it packs down small if you don't have much in it. I use the straps on the Giant Loop Bag to hold it to the bike, don't need anything else.

Oh yeah... and it crashes well too :evil

I have the small. I can't imagine getting the medium since it would be so big....and the large would be frickin' huge! I travel very light and fast though. I pack with a minimalist mentality. The small is big enough for me to hold everything I need:

Hey James -I think we briefly met at Gateway a month or so ago. I remember seeing your bike all geared up. I think I asked about fuel mileage and range. That was a week or two before I pulled the trigger on the last '10 Honz had.

Ender - looks like your bike decided to take a couple naps!

Large doesn't look that big on the bike. I won't be using any side bags, just what I can fit in the duffel and a small bag in front of the duffel, I also have a MOD rack. Can those side straps help to shorten the bag a bit or are they just for attaching to the bike.

Me too... It was a wonderful ride, one of my favorite roads ever (linky), also the most remote road I've ever been on, not a soul, no reason to be there, bring your SPOT.
