    Imagine a flat map.

    No cover.

    No terrain.

    Just tanks.

I'm thinking that would be seriously intense.

Kind of like when some hacker transports the whole map's worth of DayZ players to the same location for a ThunderDome. Yeah, it's extreme, lol.

The map we all love to hate - Dragon Ridge with the Rice Patties... wouldn't it be interesting if they made a center flag version of it and put the flag in E1 with us starting in the same 8 column like we do now?
    :evil

100% agree with you Unga - more maps, less tanks. I'm already confused enough when I run into a WZ-ABCDEF on the field and have no idea what it is or where to shoot it :patch

My top 3 tanks to grind when I'm not hooked up with you guys are the Churchill III, the Super Pershing, and the TOG. Good credit/xp grinders, and slow compared to their peers in battle. It's a good mix for me.

You can one shot them with the M40/43 (but only if they are on your team). If they are on the opfor, you miss them every shot.:huh

It is going to get worse....

For example you shoot the Churchill in the face plate but you can't penetrate the Black Prince in the same location even though it has the same flat face.... just wait until we have the 25 chinese knock off variants... "oh yeah.. thats the XYZ you have to shoot it in the bottom left edge unless it is the ZYX in which case you shoot the top right edge". :huh

As it is... I still don't know a reliable place to shoot a Type 59 (or the tanks that look like it) :patch

LOL There really is more than one way to kill an IS-7. Most of you know that I've been grinding on my Ferdinand as time allows. I don't have the big gun yet so I can't really pen very deep. Was just in a match with BigBird928 and had an IS-7 dive at me... He tried to get behind me, he ended up dead, I think it's worth a watch... :rofl:rofl

    Tankers!
Artillery. Sometimes your bane, other times a boon. An oft-overlooked bit of play is moving after shooting; prepare for some punishment if you're not in the habit of doing this. Counter-battery fire is a fine art, one that all dedicated artillerymen should be proficient in. With these bonuses and discounts, we're sure a number of you will be out there getting some practice.
Shoot and Scoot Weekend begins at 03:30 PST (11:30 UTC) on February 8th and runs through 03:00 (11:00 UTC) on February 11th.

The hatch is usually the only place I can pen, sometimes the rear flanks. Guys don't buy them for the challenge, part of the reason I refuse to get one.

arti fest makes me not wanna play. :patch

That's ok.. The Elephant Ride is this weekend! :wings

2nd weekend in February every year we go snow camping with the motorcycles and the Elephant Ride is on Sunday where we try and ride our motorcycles over a 12,000 high snowed in mountain pass. The forecast for this weekend turns out is for a snowstorm. Should be epic :D

Here's some pics from previous years for Mr. Mambo "Land of Palm Trees & Alligators" Dave.

it is a premium arty, that being said it is also french... so probably even thinner skinned than normal and not a great gun, though not a base model either, for the tier.

It's an arti - I don't care if it is thin skinned.. if I'm getting shot I'm done :lol3

What I do care about is fire rate, how fast it aims, and how much damage it does when I hit something :evil
