I roughly kept track and the exp crew gains were much more than the average stated in each persons file. I have never gained so much % over so few battles so I assume it works. Back to the grind now.

I drive my tanks around and blow shit up.

That being said, I went from a 1366 efficiency rating from the prvious 24 hour period to a 581:rofl

May have been the T28 battle. the battle was over and had moved to opfors cap where all opfor tanks were destroyed before I even got a shot off. I happened to see an IS-3 just before a team mate blew him up so I got 408xp and 12000 silver for driving around the map:huh

In the previous battle (also T28) I missed a shot at an ELC and the Church on our team started his child-like banter about uninstalling the game blah, blah, blah. Second guy I put on ignore. BTW, I outshot him by 3 kills and 2500 damage:lol3

I digress, I was face to face with an ARL44 which I know how to deal with, he sat still and let me hit him and kill him, but the T69 was a different story, he backed up. I was aiming for the seam under the mantlet figuring I could take out his turret controls. Where's the proper place to shoot a T69 in the front? His shots were bouncing off me.

I am trying to get the hang of running light tanks, this battle I got lucky and lived through a run in a hornets nest, even got a few kills. :D

Anyone have any idea why one of my teammates tonight was blue? Meaning his name was highlighted blue and tank ID color instead of red or green was blue? I asked in game, but he got killed just about the time I did.

Long day at work... very tired, but decided to go ahead and try to run a few battles to relax.

First battle, I'm in my little AMX 13 75, but I'm in a tier 8 battle (like 5 or more tier 8's per side). Immediately both sides seemed really, really bad.

But then we lost with me having spotted the most, and having done the second highest damage of all tanks (one art got higher than both of us). Most tier 8's didn't do even 900 damage on the team.

So I logged out, am going to bed, and planning out my quick motorcycle trip if the stray cat in the live-trap outside will quit meowing and let me get some sleep. Not been a good day.

I dont think there were any dead on our team at that point...think he was like that from the start. Maybe not, cant remember now. I did have a game where a guy fragged 2 of our own (said neg 2 next to his name) but was not blue. Do you have to be "tagged" as that to be blue? I had a guy I ran into and decided to show off and shoot me (I refused to shoot back) until I was dead and he didnt change colors.....:huh

I didnt kill anyone, but did some damage with one of those autocannon type guns tonight....the friendly that I shot more than once was hauling ass around and ramming the enemy tanks. I would be trained in trying to support and firing away and the little bugger would get in the crossfire. I did apologize and he said no problem....strange tactic though.....

I never understood the mechanics on blue tanks so generally ignore them.

6-1 last night. Won 6 in a row, and then hopped in the Patton:bluduh I quit after that.

FYI, You can kill a blue tank without taking a penalty.
I normally give them a chance to not be an asshat, just in case their TK was an accident.
If they aren't playing to win, I'll kill them.
I've been blue once. I asked my team to give me a chance to redeem myself at the beginning of the game and they didn't dog pile me.

The mechanics are funky. 1 TK won't always do it. Maybe it's a cumulative thing or based on people reporting you. :dunno

Getting your name turned blue is a warning that you're close to receiving a ban for team damage and is supposed to be based off a ratio of enemy damage to team damage.....if you do lots of damage to the red team, you can occasionally TK an idiot on your team without fear of a penalty.

I am also unsure how the blue works....it has to be over many games and not just a per game deal

A Tier 7 round in my T21 this morning, I got 2,108 damage on detection. However, I only landed three hits for 210 damage.

Next round with the T21 was another T7, I got 2,072 damage on detection and landed 4 hits for 340 damage.

I think I am finally getting the T21 and T20. I am loving the pair, having a blast and being a good team mate.

Now if I can just figure out how to love the AMX40, all of my grinds will be a joy.
