I'll just tell you what I did.

I went up the same TD line you are. Get the T30. It is amazing fun. The T110E4 is good too, but I still find myself going back to the T30 for a good time.

I then went up the T69/T54E1/T57 Heavy line. This is a strange line because it changes categories so much (light, to med to heavy) but I've had fun along the way. Each tank requires a new play style. The T71 is entirely different from the T69 style of tank.

The autoloaders can be frustrating with their seemingly low pen (without gold) and long reloads, but once you figure them out, it is fun to deal that much damage that quickly.

I'm about 500,000 credits away from the T57 Heavy. Be aware, that they are nerfing the T57 at some point, so if you don't want to do all that work for something that might not be as good when you get there...it is something to think about.

I am just now going up the T29 line. I haven't enjoyed it much up to this point (I have the M6). If I were you I would just skip right over the to T29 from the M4E2 I will likely stop at the T29 because it seems to be a god-tank at it's tier, and none of the higher tier heavies interest me.

    I am grinding towards the T30, M103, T57H, M48 Patton, and T92.

My favorite three tiers in a row of American Tanks are tied between the T40->Wolverine->Jackson and the Easy 8->T20->M26 Pershing. But with how fun both the M4 Sherman and M3 Lee were for me, I think the US Medium line is my favorite line.

Heavies: The T32 is a blast, as is the T29, and the T1 Heavy. I want the M103, but I'm not terribly interested in the 110E5, though that is one of the more popular Tier 10 tanks for Clan Wars, as is the T57 Heavy. The 110E5 is a fast, mobile heavy tank with good accuracy. T29 and T32 are great hull-down tanks, and you can use your T34 to help train some crews.

Mediums: The Easy 8, T20, and Pershing are incredible. Fast enough and agile enough to fill many roles, while their on-the-move accuracy is unrivaled -- especially the Pershing. In the other line, the T69 is a blast, but take to mind what Audaciter says above -- it's a weird line and tough to get used to.

Lights: Chaffee and T71 are astounding, but my favorite is still the T21. Either you like and play lights, or you don't. Weird line though. Will get expanded in the future.

Arty: I love playing artillery and I have the M40/43. It's fun, but the radius of damage on the T92 is a big reason why I am still grinding this line. I want that beast. M41 is a keeper for me too. It's a ton of fun.

TDs: You picked the more mobile, turreted line. I am one tank behind you in that line and I can't wait for the T30. However, plenty of people in our clan adore the T95. Slow and unable to react, but if you get lucky and in the right place at the right time, you are making the difference in the match.

    Thanks for the tips gentlemen!

On another note, I used my Hellcat to get my K/D ratio up. Hopefully I can get it up to 1.25.

Anyone have a new account code they aren't going to use?
My son set up an account today and I figured if I could get him a little boost it may smooth the learning curve some.

World of Warplanes thread is somewhere else. :deal

(only joking of course. I wish I had the patience it took to learn RC airplanes. It would make up for the fact that government isn't letting me fly the real ones. :ddogVery cool set up. Is that you?)

On a WoTs related note...I think I am going to like this bad boy. :rilla

Yessir. My first build from plans, and my first large build. Still I'm pretty impressed with how well it flies and how decently it came out. Our club had a "weekend" WWI fly in that ran from Tuesday to today. Lots of chances to mix it up with Pups, the occasional Neuiport and one Camel. Like a mini Rheinbeck, but we get away with a lot more....

So, I went for a nice long ride today on the old girl.

It confirmed two things for me.

    1) I absolutely love this bike. Not the model (although it is a great mid-weight sport bike) but I have an emotional attachment to this hunk of metal. Of course, it is more to do with all the things we've done together, and the life events I've worked out while sitting on top of it, than it has to do with the machine itself. Either way I gave her a big hug as I walked awy.

    2) It is time to move on. I just don't do her justice anymore. I purchased her when I was still pretty new to riding (not my first bike) and I hadn't really figured out what I wanted out of riding. I figured, "It is sexy, it goes fast, it must be fun". All of that is true, but it's time for a change.

The combination of those two things has meant that she is officially for sale.:cry
