No, he made a banzai move on the brakes to pass, messed it up, but rejoined and stalled Guitoli to keep 3rd. No way should he have been allowed on the podium.

Fantastic racing. Hard to believe that no US network thinks they can make money carrying the series.

At this point, who cares? Bein Sports is doing a great job -- No stupid commentary, commercial interruptions or tape delay and they're carrying WSS and STK. Not to mention live streaming.

For some reason BEIN on Dish only showed/DVR'd SBK1 and not SS or SBK2. I feel so left out! :cry

I'm on Direct TV and my TiVo recorded SBK 1 two times but one of the recordings ended a lap before the race ended. The second recording was the full 5.5 hours of racing.

On the contrary, for the most part the singular reason a chicane exists is for safety--to reduce speed on subsequent turns, especially when there isn't much runoff. That one just happens to be hard to profile, because you're going so fast on the front straight, and you can get going so fast again through Curva Grande...so they need to make it super tight.

Well, those of us who can't get Bein Sports. But NBD as long as they're on YouTube. I was mainly expressing surprise that mc racing is so far down on the interest list considering all the other sports (not to mention all the reality drivel) that get televised.
