And a couple of side views of the bike showing the bashplate coverage wouldn't hurt either, unless it's listed on their site :thumb

What is the approximate size of this filter? You think I could just buy a dirtbike filter and it will work or is this special in any way?

The foam is mounted onto a plastic frame which fits into the stock mount, put in a loose piece of foam and it may come unstuck and get sucked into the deep dark depths of the air box.:eek1

Must say that black seat looks real good.:clap More shoveling of my hard earned cash into that black hole.:lol3

I emailed the bashplate manufacturer in South Africa but did not hear back :(:

This is what we need for hanging soft luggage, such as my Ortlieb set. Who's going to step up and make one.

JJ emailed me and he's checking postage to this side of the world.

You can show us his farkles here, and then hang a shingle in Vendors and you can provide a link here :thumb

    Thanks for the side shots.:thumb

Does the Touratech bash plate have more side coverage than this one? It looks like it covers the waterpump more :dunno

Maybe someone else with a TT bash plate can post comparable pics, PLEASE? :ear

Thanks for the link!! I believe BMW of Santa Cruz sells them in their Wunderlich catalog, but don't list them as fitting the X-C, but according to the UK site you provided, they will fit the F650 and the G650, that's good to know :thumb
