Is that why I busted 5 of them? The bars are stainless? YOu have to go really slow, lots of pressure and oil. Man that was a pain in the ass

Sweet! A friend of mine from Manchester mails me his old issues when he's through with them; I'll have to make that one a "keeper"!

(I must say you are one good looking sumbitch!):D

    Congrats!:clap

I see you have the snowmobile polly heaters, I installed the same ones this fall on my Ulysses. They are HOT. I put a resister inline ($1.50 at radio Shack) to cut back on the heat.

Do you have a radio shack part number? How are they working w/ the resister?

I bought the 08 Uly heated grips and installed them on my '07 Uly. They're a straight swap for the original grips, they plug right into the Uly wiring loom so no additional wiring required, they come with a new RHS switchblock with the grips switch included, so no need to make your own switch and mount it and wire it up. About 3x the cost of the cheaper alternatives, but no mess and no fuss and no f*cking around installing them.

Pretty Please with sugar on top :lol3

I just added heated grips to the Uly and re-routed my throttle cables to allow me to add the Rox Risers when they get here. My issue is I cant seem to get the throttle cables lined back up or fitting in the pinch protector or remember how they go in.

I need a shot of the plastic guard (protector) that covers the throttle cables and wire loom to keep it from getting pinched by the left fork leg.

    thanks in advance

Copies or not, it's a sweet looking Uly. I forgot how clean they look unfarkeled.

Done my own headlight mod - wish I did it much sooner. This was prompted by a near-miss at 6am on my way to work a couple of weeks back when I glanced a huge brick in the middle of a corner - dread to think what would have happened if I hit it! :cry
Also got some new Frank Thomas gear for my birthday recently and VERY impressed.
