    A replacement.

Little Update,I bought a replacement seat cover and had it put on with new foam,Only cost me $30 to get done and it's decent.

Also Can anyone give me some advice on how to remove the intake Valve guides? I got the exhaust ones out easily,I heated the head up in the oven first and the exhaust ones came out easy but the Intake ones refuse to budge.

Can someone help me> I cannot get the kickstarter assembly to work,I follow the schematic exactly but by doing that the spring pushes the engagement gear onto the other gear permanently and doesn't release

Is the head cracked at the spark plug hole by the one exhaust port?

Regarding your kickstart, are you preloading the return spring correctly on its "catch" before installing the spindle assembly?

It looks it but the crack doesn't run so I'm going to leave it.

You're talking about the big spring on the end right?

Man, I'd be concerned with that crack. It looks like it runs into the exhaust valve seat and if that's the case, you risk the seat falling out. As I'm sure you're aware, severe engine damage would occur if that happens.

Yes, the big spring on the end.

I'll inspect it some more soon and see if it will cause any problems.

I haven't tried it,But I don't seen how it will help retract the engagement gear,But I will give it a go anyway. :D

Well, if the spring wasn't in properly it's possible it could bind up and maybe jam the gear up against the ratchet. I think. :lol3

    Update:

The company that Hydroblasted my engine parts then broke the Rocker Cover then replaced it with the wrong part have said they will no replace it again. This is a major pain.

What a bunch of douchebags. Please post the company name here so we'll all know who to avoid.

    Thanks.
