    Sorry to hear about your bike. I would just keep checking craigslist for the whole state. I saw a xr600 on craigslist in Pomona Park, FL for sale but no pic.

    damn dude! Sorry to hear it. Not the best area for sure. I work from Eustis to St. Cloud, Dade city to Oviedo and every where in between, alwaaays on the road. I'll keep an eye out. I always pay special attention to any motorcycle as it is.

    it was you that i saw in the XRL forums that crashed right? if so good luck one your recovery and in finding your bike. i've been looking to buy a XRL so if i come across anything like yours i'll let you know.

    yep that was me :cry and hey if I ever recover mine, ill sell it to you for 2300! (assuming there's no damage though when dealing with dickhead bike thieves its prob got all kinds of problems with it by now) :cry

    I wouldn't worry about the bike.... Its probably gone forever. One though to may e help try and find it is to list maintenance items for the bike on CraigsList. They will want to keep it running good for the woods. Buddy of mine was a parts guy at the local bike shop and his bike was stolen. The thief came in looking for a spark plug for it and didn't know the year etc. The thief showed him a picture and the owner walked into the back and called the cops. The cops took them over to the guys house and be got his bike back.

    But anyways, be glad you're still alive and will heal up OK. You can always buy another bike.
