Well what I did was buy 2 sets. 1 XR250 and 1 cr250 to try out. THe XR250 ones just took a little filing. MSR from cyclegear. Now I want to do it with their trackside ones.

Oil drippings in the center of the lane in western Oregon?
All the rain washes that oil down into the ruts that are the car tire tracks. The center of the lane is where I usually ride in the winter here. The traction is better there.

What are you guys doing? Trying to clear bark busters? I recomend bending the bark busters. You will want as long a lever as possible for a long day on the trails.

I use the ones with a core removal tool on top. An old enduro trick, you know from my ISDT world champ. days. You know? Right?

Isn't it past time for someone to answer this question by pointing out that they use 78% nitrogen in their tires?:lol3

Oh, forgot about the gray ones. OK, green or gray valve caps on these bikes. What oil do you use on the threads of those gray caps? Green caps?

    Here's what I heard...

KTM is not buying Husqvarna. Stephan Pierer, CEO of Cross Industries AG (holding company that owns KTM) sold his *personal* 51% owning share of KTM to Bajaj India (which makes KTM a wholly-Indian-owned company) and the holding company that HE owns (Piere Industrie AG - which owns Husaberg) is buying Husqvarna. It remains to be seen if he will resign as CEO of Cross and reunite Husky and Husaberg, or if he's going to blend Husky into the "common platform" mix with KTM and Husaberg. His stated goal is to double Husky's sales by the end of 2014. There is a LOT of "KTM buying Husky" all over the bike sites, it broke first on MCN, and we all know how accurate those guys are (insert eye roll here).

YA BIG WIMP!!:lol3 I've always cut my levers down to where I use two or three fingers on the clutch and two on the brake. It's an old MX thing I guess.
