I said MOST. Should I have said ALL? Anyway , he was talking little GS's.
Love to . Your neighborhood or mine.
Went to pick up my suspension from Fran today and ended up ordering a heavier (than stock) shock spring cause I am going to carry luggage after all. Selling the BMW so the XR is going to pull some adv duty for a little while. Ordered side racks and an enduro tank bag from Wolfman, and a windscreen from Procycle. I'll hold off on installing the Tubliss for now cause it does throw off balance of the wheel a bit. I did already remove the stock trailwings but they are so new I suppose I'll just spoon 'em back on and run 'em till they're shot. They seemed fine for road and gravel and as long as it's somewhat dry in the woods they shouldn't be too bad.
No, I already got at least 1k miles on it since I put it back together. It's been having a sporadic push the start button and all i hear is the relay click situation. Got worse yesterday and today all it wanst to do is click.. Ill be headed out to the bike with the voltmeter shortly
figures...my stud was rusty I played with my nuts a little and it cranked right over
this may be the ultimate signature line quote! that's funny as hell right there.
I like to leave myself open when I aint got enough fuken with in awhile
A key word here being "most"; I could corroborate this observation.
I ain't gonna touch this one with a ten foot pole.
I currently run a 705, 150/70/17, 32 psi, 4200 miles of 50/50 tarmac (75-80 mph) /gravel roads (45-55 mph) no problems with fitment on that rim size (no chain guard). Time for a new one as the 'dual sport' tires are hard to come by in 17", slick down the middle, about two inches wide, $74.00 on the shelf locally.
4200 miles on my 705, and counting, xr650l supermoto setup
No, a RACE.
How about a race to a midway point between us?
Top Gear Challenge style.
You have $250 to spend on a bike that must be able to cross the Mississippi unassisted.........whilst carrying your mother in law
This could be a fun idea for a regional ride. Announce a date and target location, press GO. Since I live in Indiana, I do not see too many other ADV'ers. Maybe start out small and fairly close, a few hours ride. My money is on this guy.
I`m in Fritz......you have lotsa gas money????
