    Hi guys!

    I'm 1993 NX650 owner, and I'm rebuilding the engine.

The thing is, that I need a M3 gear for my bike, as the one I have has little damage to it: https://imagizer.imageshack.us/v2/12...0/802/pkcv.jpg

Just to explain the situation: 1988-1990 NX650's transmission is the same as for all XR650L. Post 1990 NX650's transmission has four different gears than XR650L (including the M3 gear I need).

Here is a picture of transmission: http://images.cmsnl.com/img/partsli...gland-transmission_bigecanweae__1600_c8a2.gif

M3 gear is #10, both #12 and #14 are the same on all bikes, different is #11 - C3 gear. The thing is that on all the bikes M3 gear has 20 teeth, and C3 25 teeth, so ratios also should be the same. As shafts are the same, both gears next to M3 also are the same, count of teeth is the same for M3 and C3, I can't imagine anything beeing different from XR650L to post 90' NX's, thats why I'm asking for help guys!!!

Maybe someone has M3 gear of an XR650L laying around, and maybe even for sale. I'm from Latvia, so international (USPS) shipping would be required.

P.S. First of all I should understand from pictures what really is the difference, and if there is no major differences I could buy one for good price :)

    Thanks alot guys!!!

I am going to ride. Just not when he wanted to... Bolted the muffler back on and it mostly works, kinda, sorta...

I have a full FMF exhaust lined up but my next influx of cash is a month and a half out. :cry

Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms. It's not a party until the ATF brings the hookers.:evil

I kinda like it the way it is. I can push it up for the straight pipe effect.

But reminds me of a dumbass gun story authored and committed by me.
I was into Black Powder guns for a long time. I shot competitively for several years. Won the Texas State black powder pistol silhouette championship 4 times. So you would think I had better sense.
Any way I bought a used Benelli over and under 12GA black Powder shot gun. So I was cleaning the bastard out in the garage and got the cleaning jag and cleaning patch stuck down I one of the bores.
The old trick to get something stuck out of a black powder gun is to remove the nipple and put some powder in and shoot it out. This is what I did. But in a shot gun, in any gun for that matter, the driving force behind the projectile is pounds per square inch. A 12ga. has a lot of square inches!! I aimed the gun in my plastic trash can and pulled the trigger. Well the cleaning jag came out all right. It blew a big ass hole in the bottom of my trash can, ricocheted out and put a big ass dent in the sheet rock ceiling, clanged around in the garage for a while and then went to never never land never to be seen again. I could have put my eye out!
