Do you run your light bar on all the time? I always thought mine was too bright but maybe I just need to adjust the angle.

Thanks....I spent my hooligan youth riding Delaware county and thought that was near the Cowskin river but was wrong.

It is too bright but I run them for cross traffic and stupid pedestrians (if they ever look away from their fancy fone). I will dim the lights as soon as the approaching vehicle gets in their lane or I line up directly behind another driver. Pretty effective, so far and if angled downward, works as backup for the fragile H7's.

Does the flair / deflector help out?

Still running the H7s? I switched to HID and they made the headlights very effective. Now there are good LED options as well.

Glad to see that setup worked well for your sleepy Tenere.

I called HDB for a setup on my bike with ProTaper ADV high bars and was basically told there was nothing they could do. I have some Barkbusters on the bike now, but to get them to fit they look sorta crooked.

Cyclops since the 1st of the year and very happy. Plug and play. The fans make some noise and takes power so I avoid leaving the ignition on for extended periods.

Are you asking about the winglets? If so, yeah, seems a bit quieter at highway speeds.

To get them to fit standard height pro taper adventure bars required alot of faffing about. I originally ordered the standard next gen set up , but then found the guards to be to short. Fortunately the "ultimate" guards are longer and fit with a little length to spare. So now I have "next gen" bar mounts , with "ultimate" hand guards. I'm pretty sure you could get this set up to work with the high version.
