They're gonna bolt in a Fireblade motor because it makes more power.
Not like a better motor isn't needed. :huh
You complete me.
Are they attaching a redesigned anchor?
I heard that it would be the new 750 HD motor. Major upgrade...

Thanks David. That is a perfect summary. Well until they change again.

No spoilers, but, WOW!
(I still hate Qatar, though. )
Thank heavens the season is well and truly begun. The fact that there was so much actual joy in the dice for the lead bodes well for this year.
As a Brit MotoGP fan I was gutted when the BBC lost MotoGP coverage, I don't have/want satellite and I wasn't prepared to switch to BT as my ISP just to get MotoGP coverage so my only option was the DORNA Video Pass. It won't be news to those who've already used this service but I'm so pleased I took the plunge. Fantastic to be able to watch all the practice sessions, Moto2 and Moto3. Yes Nick Harris is a bit wayward at times but it's so good not to have to listen to Charlie Cox's nonsense on the BBC. Oh and the sound! SOOOO much better than I was used to on TV, amazing to hear the bikes properly. The race wasn't too bad either........ Roll on COTA and another long weekend's worth of entertainment.
Glad it is working out for you. Although I knew there were some changes in features this year depending on which package you bought I still thought if you didn't buy the top tier package that you would still be able to switch of commentary sound (like last year) and just have track audio. That appears to not be the case, which is disappointing.
I just cut the cord with my cable company, purchased Dorma Video Pass, used mirroring capability on my IPAD with Apple TV for the first time this weekend. Needless to say this is the way to go for MotoGP. No commercials, all of the races, qualifying, and practice.
I will also save just over 1k this year not paying cable company for 20 minutes of race coverage on Fox1 and what seems like 40 minutes of commercials.
I muted the commentary after Nick Harris kept yammering about some unrelated point throughout Lorenzo's crash and walk in the gravel. It's as if he's doing the commentary while working on a crossword puzzle.
The video alone makes subscription worth it though.
Yes I was hoping to be able to do that as well. As annoying as Nick Harris is though he's in a different league to Charlie Cox (who used to partner Steve Parrish on the BBC commentary). Why anyone would employ a has been cage racer to commentate on bike racing I have no idea. :huh
For those of you watching the BT Sport feed...
Did you find the new commentator that is not Toby Moody (because nobody can truly replace him) completely awful? He consistently cut off Julian Ryder and would run on his sentences so long that whatever Ryder had to say would just become irrelevant. Where the crap did this guy come from?
nope, didn't notice it really. enjoyed BT, as nick harris' voice is like nails on a chalkboard to my ears. wish BBC never stopped
I prefer Toby.
However, I switched over to the Japanese braodcast at some point when my feed for BT Sports went down. I was much happier not understanding whatever they were saying.
I did switch back after the race finished so I could hear the interviews.
glad I'm not the only one that can't stand Nick Harris, doesn't anyone have the balls to tell him he doesn't have to yell! he's the reason I won't pay for the motogp.com vid pass. miss BBC, but Charlie Cox wore out "as you like" in about 2 races
I really liked how when both Lorenzo and Bradle crashed they were in the middle of saying what a great job they were doing
