Looking good Wayne. The Granogue, DE event is coming up 10/28. Hope to see you there!
That's my plan... I've had all the MAVT events on my calender this season but other things got in the way.
I own about a 1/2 acre of swamp that stays dry about 2 months out of the year.I don't own a trials bike (yet) but I'm a lookin!!!
this wall is also in my back yard.... yes this particular wall
ttc. I'll see you down there next year in May.
The road I live on dead-ends into Great Smoky Mountains National Park so it's kinda hilly. I have a singletrack figure-8 cut into the woods behind my house on a hillside that's so steep it's hard to walk up. Once you're up on the 8 it's not bad but the entry and exit are kinda hair-raising.
Apart from that I mostly just ride around the ditch in front of the house and hop in and out of my raised-bed garden (not during growing season, obviously.) One of my friends/neighbors has trials practice field with railroad ties, fallen tree trunks and singletrack to play with.
Oh, and this is my first post in the Trials forum. I have a 1976 TY250 and a 2003 Gas Gas TXT280. Now I just need to learn to ride them.
Some of my wife and my playground.
So glad this thread just got bumped. Recently bought an acre with a wee stream, some bush & plenty of room to build scary obsticules.
Oh, I'd better get me a bike too.
The conveyor looks like it could be interesting
I watched Fuji splatter that wall at the last WTC event at TTC.
He was riding this bike!
I have 6 wooded acres with some fantastic rock formations and a brook. Anyone who would like to ride here is more than welcome.
There is everything from novice to world class sections. Western MA not far from Springfield. Local guys have been riding here for the past 10 years or so. Just shoot me a PM if you're interested.
I'm in the Tent Space list if you wanted to make a weekend of it.
I don't suppose you have a youtube video of that trick?
Sometimes you need a bit out maintenance in your garden ...
Yep, ROFLMAO, Trials tires are sticky, huh!?
Last weekend we made a video in my garden
we brought in a new log this week....
Lots of log jealousy here.
we have serious rock jealousy...we've got pretty much NOTHIN here when it comes to rocks!!
I found one good rock with a buddy out here and we are working it and the srounding space into a section, should turn out ok but it is after all only one rock...
Almost no rocks out in wester WA, so we get lost of logs... and becasue of all the rain most of them don't hold up long...
