I'm with the "at home only" crowd. If I'm about to shit my pants though, I'll sacrifice and use the first public RR I find.
I can honestly say I've only had to go at work 3 or 4 times in the last 10 years.

    Ha!
I had this problem with my little 2 year old when he was first out of diapers. He had to make an emergency stop one day on a walk in Los Angeles. Had to evacuate behind a tree about 20 feet from someone's front door. Problem was, kids being creatures of habit, from them on we couldn't pass that that spot without him having to take a crap. I had to change our route just to break the cycle.

Thanks guys. Gotta love a good poo thread.

Three pages in record time. Y'all some demented FF's. OK I'll play. For me it's any port in the storm. Ya gotta go, ya gotta go. When moto camping I'll have the wet wipes handy. Day trippin around home, any business will do.

It has now become a riding goal of mine to shit here - thanks... I think.

    :huh

Sidenote - I have some of the most beautiful scenes of where I've been etched to memory by the view I had, whilst outside, taking care of business. Don't know why I remember those scenes more than scenic view the hour before or after, but so it is. Ask me where and... I won't tell ya.

    ----------

I've become less picky over the years of where I go, and have even just held a garbage bag up to myself to do it in an emergency. For some reason while on motorcycle trips it's never been an issue, but on true high-miles days I don't eat much... so a good morning donation to where-ever I start from can get me through 700 + miles.

advice to those who haven't done this yet - use trimmers and leave a little, instead of shaving, or you'll be in for some possibly major discomfort when that stubble starts growing in. Shave it if you must for home pornos, but otherwise trim it down.

My boss thinks those automatic air fresheners actually clean the air (he's not bright, but he can bullshit and lie the horns off of a moose, so he gets the promotions), so he had one installed in one of our small offices. Fucking thing makes me sick, and I've thought about suing for having to breathe that shit in all day. Finally he sorta got the point that he'd be responsible for buying and replacing the batteries in the damned thing, so now he just has about 4 cans of the automatic spray sitting in the office to use as FeBreeze air freshener... which it ain't.

Idiot bosses... large corporations never seem to get enough of them.

Don't leave these things in the woods (preferably don't use them at all). They are not paper and they don't biodegrade.

I don't have much of a routine but I go when/where it's convenient to me - That usually means before I head out for the day, or after I get back. I don't wait until it's urgent. If I'm caught out somewhere (rare) the first place I come to gets my business. I'm not too fussy.

I haven't had so many laughs on advrider in a long time.

Just to return the favor, I'll tell a little yarn about a coworker (utility construction). It's not unusual for someone's missus to send in a tin of cookies, or goodies once in awhile. The boys are sitting around having lunch and this clown throws a cookie tin amongst the guys. It's only a matter of time before someone reaches over and opens the tin and there's a big turd in it. The mentioned clown, had to take a dump and nowhere to go so he grabbed a tin out of someone's recycling bin and did his thing!

In our line of work sometimes you get creative!

I was at a high-rise construction site in New York and some of the workers were complaining that the crane operator would drop a carrier bag of shit out the window every day.

Just drink a whole can of Red Bull or other caffeine-laced "energy drink".

There won't be much waiting around after that, and usually the rest of that
day will be free of any further need to visit the porcelain throne in solid-waste
    evac mode.

Hats off to the guy who started this thread. That took courage :D

I guess I am fortunate. With out any alarm I wake up at 6am every day, and go straight to the toilet for a double. And today, when I get hme form work I will go straight to the toilet and make another one. I don't feel the urge to go before that, my poop just knows when it's time.

If I do find myself needing to drop a duce on the road I tend to look for a place in the woods, brushes, under a bridge etc...I like a view I guess, and the wide open space.

The worst places always seem to be in the state parks facilites.
