I know that feeling...
Last fall, during my Trans-Labrador and Newfoundland trip... 7 days of torrential rain out of a total of 13 days.
Just rode through this rain. It's the lightning that was freakin me - the flash and boom were coming at the same damn time - way to close. Didn't stay stopped long cause it was chasing me down again.
A few miles down the road with the storm still chasing me, running for the sun. And "Valley of Sun" my butt.
Upper Arrow Lake ferry between Galena Bay and Shelter Bay with my Ducati ST4S. It poured for the previous four hours on the road and was still spitting as we sailed across. The next stretch to Revelstoke is probably the fastest highway in Canada: no houses, no intersections, no police.
