Damn I recognize three of those FFs. Did Tim get a hair cut? Looks more like Dave!

    Treeman is ugly as ever.

Hope to see you guys at Perry Mountain on April 12.

BTW - headed to Black Water for a 70 mile fastburn!

Went on my first real ride today. All my previous attempts got cut short due to mechanical problems.

45 miles total, about 30 of that forest roads and a couple miles on a trail. Next time I'll try to explore some of the trails I passed.

It was a good confidence builder today. Next time I'll shoot for a longer ride.

    That is quotable.

I remember my first solo ride out of my neighborhood. After I hit US90 I wanted to sell the bike. 2 hours later, I was more relaxed.

The dirt has always been my home, the tarmac not so much. When you put the two together, they become sublime.

If you are up Tallahassee way, shout out.

That left foot click is a drug, and it often gives me the munchies.:evil

Gixxer 600 muffler I bought for the Katoom arrived yesterday. Held it up in place visualizing where it needs to be & pipe routing. Damn thing's bigger than I thought. Hope it doesn't rub.

Re-evaluated the pipe for the Katoom. It'll fit! :clap

Also washed the GSA for the first time. ( Had it since June) While I like it better dirty, I revealed signs of rot on the rear boot. Time to schedule a tech day.

Put new grips on Meags mean green machine.

Replaced the GSA windshield and fog light ring from the molestation in the mud pit. Pulled the rear drive to do some rework on the front swing arm gaiter. That one belongs in Pee leak, I HATE REWORK, but I can only blame myself :D.

'01-'03. If you need one, look for X35X stamped on the casing.

Got my fuel injectors back for the GSA, installed went for a 60 mile ride...still need a TB sync. Anyone know what a shop charges for a sync or is it cheaper to go buy a Twinmax?

If you are into DIY then do something like this

    http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=0nKaGEMLZjs

My dad built one of these, the stand was from a reindeer christmas card holder that my mom had stopped using, which adds a laugh. Use a vicious fluid and be sure not to blow it into your engine. Works awesome on his 1150 and my 1200.

Haven't done it yet, but found a pipe from a WR450F on Craigsthief today. Waiting to hear back, as it would not only fit the Katoom better, but also weigh much less.
