I checked with Cardo today as I noticed that my multi set had a Parts Canada sticker on it. Cardo advises that they are an authorized dealer therefore the warranty is valid.

:thumb I did eventually check with Canadas MC during a recent purchase with them and got the same message. With the current exchange rate and the due diligence etc their price is better for us IMHO than eBay.

    Thanks...

Arrived today - no issues - order correct. I had notification that it had shipped on the 4th. All in all, was 4 business days to arrive. Pricing on the chain was about $25 less than the local dealers, no one had in stock but could get in 2 to 3 days.

I've used them on two different occasions, ordering tires. Had them in stock and one set was $160. less than I could get them locally. Fast shipping and good to deal with. Prices where actually cheaper than I could get them across the line.

I've always bought my tires in the States, Heidenau K60's, and they were far cheaper than up here.

I recently picked up a KL250 for the RV and the difference in price between the States and at this store was so close it made more sense to get them up here through them. So I bought a pair of Kenda 270's, tubes and rim strips and was very happy with the service. Even the cheapest place in town here was more than Canadasmotorcycle.ca.

I've since ordered a tail rack for the runt and am expecting delivery of it on Tuesday. :clap

New battery ordered on Mon. whilst at work and was delivered waiting for me on Wed. when I got home. I've bought from them previously and will continue if they continue to stay competitive and keep up the great service. :norton

Gets a thumbs up from me. Ordered a tool and part of it broke on it's first use. Small part so I tried the manufacture for a replacement piece. Nil reply.

Took my problem to CMSS and had an immediate response: "Sorry to hear about the broken piece we're sending you a new one immediately."

Unexpected as many companies, whether as a means to not have to be out of pocket or because of con artist customers put you through a long song and dance routine for warranty claims etc. Not the case here. Simple problem simple fix. I like it.

Placed an order with Canada's Motorcycle for some boots. They shipped them out and i got them before the end of the week.

I had to return them and they sent a prepaid shipping label (free shipping back) and had my new boots before the end of the next week.

Just got an email confirming they credited my card for the returned boots. Quick service and kept me informed a long the way.:deal

I just placed three orders with them (close to $3,000 total). Two have been shipped, and one is waiting for a few pieces. I checked US pricing, and by the time I paid for the duty, handling and extra tax's it was almost $200 more on a $950 order, on just one of the shipments, and it was exactly the same gear. Everything was a bit less expensive in the US, but the added costs drove the overall price up.

What I really liked about it was that once I sorted out how to do it, I could use my bank account with my debit card via Interact Online.

Also, living in a small city it is very convenient for me to get my gear this way, instead of doing a Big City trip.

Now lets see when it gets here and how it goes if there are any issues. I will post the experience.

I'd think so, I removed the Michelin sticker from a tire yesterday. Sure had a Parts Canada sticker over it.

And the SW Motech Bash Plate I bought from 'A Vicious Cycle' also was in a Parts Canada box.

    Curiouser and curiouser.

Huh? Isn't Parts Canada a distributor that all Canadian dealers order from? What am I missing?

So why is it worthy of mention that both Canada's Motorcycle and A Vicious Cycle are resellers of product sourced from Parts Canada? I'm still missing something...
