Looking for a set for my DRZ.
I'm having trouble figuring out your web site :lol3

Can you send me a quote and how to order? Either 243 or 280 - standard round... I hate looking at my shoulders.

    Thanks!

If you need maximum rugged with folding and x-axis movement.....
mirrors mount will twist in the clamping nut from a frontal or rear impact,
and you can slap the mirrors forward and back on the fly :
For more dirt riding I recommend the KTM stock 243mm size, unless you are a grizzly sized dude, then the 280mm.

For mostly street and highway the perch mounts are fine.....and cost less.

So I'll take your advice on the 243mm.
The difference between the two is a double-hinge?
Also each page says they come as a pair, then says order 1 or order a pair.
if I put 1 in the box, am I getting a pair?

    Thanks!

When it says pair, it means one pair.

Answer me this : how much dirt ? and how much highway ?
If it's more paved than dirt, get the 280mm......

This is a bike bought specifically for dirt and getting to and from.
I'll be happy with the shorter ones. If not, I think I have a friend that is more narrow bodied than I am who would love them.

    Thanks!

It's easy to exchange stalks if you change your mind.

KTM picked 243mm folding mirror size for their Dirt bikes.....

I've just bought a set of these for my 1190R from Henri. First things first, Henri is extremely helpful, the mirrors were dispatched very quickly and arrived in New Zealand in good time, unfortunately they were then held up by New Zealand Customs for 2 weeks :hmmmmm During this time I emailed Henri a couple of times to see what was happening because he had more visibility over what was going on from his end. Like I said he was very helpful and even offered to send me another pair free of charge if these ones got lost. Anyway they eventually turned up and I got to put them on my bike.

I'm a dirt bike rider first and foremost. The day I went for a ride with the mirrors on it was pouring with rain, which was great! When I got to the gravel road I flicked the mirrors over (I didn't need too, I just wanted to) and man, it was like a switch was flipped in my head!! With no mirrors in sight I felt like I was on a dirtbike (albeit one that is 'slightly bigger' than my 300 EXC..). I hammered the 1190 through that road quicker than I ever have, great fun but not so great on the back tyre :D

Back on the tarseal and the mirrors were great, with no vibration issues. They sit slightly lower than the stock mirrors which I like (I assume the mirrors I had on the bike were stock, I'm the 2nd owner) but I had to play around with them for a bit to get the view that I was happy with, it wasn't a hassle though.

Would I recommend them and the service that Henri provides? Definitely!

Henri, while your around, I have a 2015 KTM690 Enduro, USA version. I am 6' tall and wide shoulders. The factory mirrors are 2 close together and I have to lean one to one side or other to see past my arms when I look in the mirrors. I need something wider. Had your stuff on my last KTM 640, but never knew what models I had.
What do I need from you?

Is this for dirt or highway ? Which is as long as you could ever want.....
I am personally am happy with the ~11 inch horizontal round mirrors. I am ~6ft....~180lbs.

    http://www.moto-science.com/product/ktm-folding-mirror-280mm-uniyamahaducati-mounts-5587u-pair

The model 6904 and 6804 extend to ~13 inches horizontal.

    Standard duty.....more highway than dirt.

    http://www.moto-science.com/product/ktm-folding-mirrors-225-325mm-adjustable-stems-690405-pair

Heavier duty ......more dirt than highway : more able to absorb ~frontal impact for dirt duty : the mirror can spin in the mount.
