But who for? This was my first thought but the sign says it's a gold concentrator ? Would like to know more about how it worked. It's on a rail so it must rotate. I guess it washes the dirt over it and the gold collects in the channels around the base. Alien landing platform still sounds more plausible !
Enough nautical shit, back to biking. Mavora Lakes today. Brilliant weather and amazing scenery. Ride just technical enough to keep you on your toes but not so hard you fart out loud a lot.
No wind then ?? We could not stand up when we were through there March couple of years back.................. And how about the road in from main drag - we struck fresh 50c sized gravel just been graded too................ Certainly suited the heavy XLV650 The german 650s struggled..................... Gazza
We have struck quite a bit of freshly graded stuff so far. Certainly keeps you on your toes Not tooooo bad on the Yamaha but Phil has had a scare. Rode from Te Anau to Haast today. As far as road riding goes, not bad at all I went for a wee tiki tour down to Jacksons Bay plus the river valley road..
Time for some genuine Naki photos. With Mt Taranaki looking like this this morning it was an ideal day for a ride.
