R80ST R80-100GS and R100R Y-pipes available (G/S coming soon). 304 stainless steel, fully Tig welded. These Y-pipes replace your rusty heavy collector saving 6lbs, and with a small jetting change added 5 rear wheel HP.
I made several this week and will have a new batch available about March 26th.
For ADV members I have been asking $245 (PayPal or credit card) shipped to the lower 48.

After a long wait, I am offering full exhaust systems. This one pictured is for use with OEM headers and offers high or low mounting. A full system is also available from the heads back (headers, mid pipe, muffler and mounting brackets)
Currently for ST, GS, R models

Full stainless steel Tig welded construction. The muffler is a large straight through design offering modest volume for best compromise of performance and reasonable sound levels.

The full exhaust weighs in about 10lbs saving approx. 20lbs.
These do not accommodate the passenger peg (I am working on a free standing peg design to allow it to bolt directly to the frame.

I am asking $500 for the Y-pipe assembly, muffler and hardware ($575 for high mount)
And $750 for the full system[IMG]

Hey HofF, where does your older Y-pipe for the GS fit in this universe? Is it compatible with any of it, or am I S.O.L?
While we’re at it, something the stock GS muffler could use is a 6” or so exhaust pipe extension, to get it out behind the turnsignal (and my topbox). They’re always getting sooty.
A friend has one, it was a chromed exhaust tip off of a Mercedes, but he has no idea which one.
    Beautiful looking work. :thumb

Hey Man, I am working on a really sweet muffler to reach the stock unit, that has a similar shape but 1/3 the weight and much better performance.
I really like the idea of the pipe reaching back to the rear of the bike. It protects the bags and bike as well as making it even quieter.

Headers are fine; I just need the 'Y' connector, & hardware.

I have been meaning to got a fixture built and a Y-pipe completed for everyone who has asked for a G/S and ST Y-pipe for far too long.
Well I finally did and here is the first article.
The production version will have some changes to be more symmetrical and equal length, but you get the idea.

These are an inmates R100 in a mid mount and high mount. I'm trying to find some pics of other bikes.
I've not dynoed the full ststems yet. The noise is a good bit more than stock, but not a bark or obnoxious level at all.

I saw your post about Keihin and such, but being a horrible business man, I hate pushing my stuff on people, even though I think it's better and cheaper

Houseoffubar, can you let me know how we can get in on this discount in Australia, i understand that the freight is not going to be the same sending to australia.

For ADV members I have been asking $245 (PayPal or credit card) shipped to the lower 48.

HI, I have an R100R Y-pipe ready to ship, if you would like one.
Where would I be shipping to, so I can get a shipping estimate?
If you like, you can email me at:
    Hofmetalworks@gmail.com

There I can easily send a picture of the Y-pipe.
    Thanks, Eric

    Interested in a y-piece for a 92 R100GS if you're still making these!

Going out on a limb here, but if you'd be interested in trades I could barter with any of the bags I make here: www.wheelborne.com .

Any idea if you are making this system for a later model 95 R100RT. Exhaust would have to exit on the left side of the bike.

Hey Erec, have you made any header pipes for the R100R or GS yet, if so what price are they and do they have a front balance pipe.

    Cheers
