I know I've been quite "quite" for too long,

lots on the plate, new airfilter GEN, New Neck filters parts, NEW LAB AND space (finally !!!!!!!!!!!) and fortunately lots of sales :)

one of those "silent" simple customer just called us last month and asked us if they could come to visit us..... he simply bought a M10006 neck fuel filter for his BMW F800 GS one year ago, never told me what he had been up to, what kind of trip or road he was planning, a simple fast shipping..... well, Lukas and Marta have been traveling around the world for two year now, in South America got stranded for bad fuel quality, had to change the fuel pump ( 650 euros !!!) to keep their journey, and before facing Mongolia and Africa did the RIGHT THING: installed our neck prefilter.

Last week-end they arrived at our new LAB, and we checked together their neck fuel filter: almonst 60.000 km of flawless engine behaviour, never an issue, whatever petrol they woud feed to the bike...... and here the result in the Guglatech filter

    P1390120.jpg

    P1390160.jpg

filter was still fully functional, fue flow and water separation perfect.......
media was saturated with small particles and bigger "chuncks" and fine dust was simply liyng inside the filter and nothing was let through that may damage the fuel pump or the main filter.

    check the video too :)

    what more can I say???

NOTHING NOTHING NOTHING protects better than a GUGLATECH FUEL FILTER

    PERIOD !!!!!!!!!!!!

want to be traveling with a happy simle?? Anywhere in the world?? GUGLATECH IS A MUST :)

    cheers :)

I'm on my second bike with one of your filters, wouldn't go without, but... I need one for my Camel Tank. Any chance this solution is in development?

Are these available for my 2010 Triumph Tiger 1050 or my DRZ 400 with a Clarke fuel tank?

thank you :) happy to see sooooo many happy riders :)

yes, with the help of Cory who provided parts for the proto, we have been trying to develop a special flange, not having CNC machine internally made the process a slow torture, we hope to have a working prototype very soon indeed

    thanks :)

Hi, well it all depends on the neck filler

as far as we know, the Tiger filler should have ONE neck filler only, and yet we have customers in Italy with two different versions

one with the ZADI large plastic flange

    IMG-20160909-WA0008.jpg

    can you tell me ??

    as for the Clarke

yes, BUT, the Clarke cap gasket is quite large occupying all the available space, the simpliest solution is to keep the original cap and use an Acerbis Type C large cap gasket instead

unfortunately the Clarke thread doesn't work with the Acerbis Type C cap, IMS and Safari do, I have an IMS on my Z-E (DRZ pimped-up Valenti Version) with Acerbis Locking cap, and Safari 40lt on my 990 ADV all with Acerbis caps/gaskets

please check our website for the codes

    Triumph Zadi flange M00006-A
    Speed tank M24006-ARM

    Clarke/Original tank M13006

    thank you

    cheers

nope ;) only one, ;) LC, ALL BMW LC, mount the M07006, just a few 2017 have a different model.

M06006 is only for the early R1200 air/oil cooled engines ;)

in your case is M07006 fuel filter and MAB002 air filter

    cheers ;)

Sorry M08006 and M07006 are the 2 options its showing
M08006 it says BMW R1200GS 17+ LC Fuel Filter
M07006 it says BMW R1200/1250GS/RT/RS 13-19 LC Fuel Filter

Hence I was confused!! So i order the M07006? Correct?

Now, like I've been promising for sooooo many months

finally we've got the first working prototypes for the Camel Tank, it took me a lot of time, I do apologize :)

thanks to @Camel ADV , Cory was so nice as to send me a cut-off part to check the design

    camel complete.jpg IMG-20190301-WA0006.jpg

tks tks tks GuGhTech???? REALLY ???? ahahaahahhha

    :rofl:rofl:rofl:rofl:rofl:rofl:rofl:rofl

now.............. filter will sit inside the cap, it will be from the HDM3D version, due to the adapter small neck, it will be slow to refil especially in the US where you have these big nozzles, the final hole has the same diameter of the AT CRF 1000 refueling neck.

    :)

at least I can say WE DID IT.....

first, ONLY, 4 pieces available, ups, 3, one is already "nailed", right Steve ??

you will re-use the original cap Camel gasket, the Acerbis cap comes with the hose but you may decide to simply close the hole with a parker or such, anyway the tank has its own ventilation.

while opening the cap the adapter may unlock too, don't know for sure, cannot try in RL, maybe a drop of mild Loctite may help the matter :) or nail polish for the matter :)

as for these kits, adapter, Acerbis small cap complete, Filter VAT free of charge, where possible, 100 euros plus shipment.

    plus

dirt will not penetrate once you open the cap
no water will ever dribble again in the tank
you can mount a Guglatech Fuel filter
    it looks gorgeous :)

    :D:D:D:D:D:D

this is a trial, if more people will show interest, we may hopefully runn a small series, or convince Cory to modifiy the neck and mount a female cap too :)

Cory, thanks again for your help on the matter mate

    cheers

Brought my pump to work today to install the Godzilla filter. Finally! D965429C-36BE-4863-920B-B59C399D9A44.jpeg And finished. Lining pump up to lower housing and sliding sleeve over pump and sock gave this old mechanic a bit of hassle but eventually got it. Silly how small the prefilter and sock are in there.(yes removed!) Pictures always seem to make the KTM prefilter look bigger. Next up the rest of the filters. Thank you @guglemonster! Cheers! 9148FD65-D0EE-4DB7-ADDC-58B8FAD64AEC.jpeg
