    Was the prior image washing off the mud accumulated during this get off?

    Kind of a hypothetical question based on a clip I saw on morning news last week where a hiker in Zion NP (USA) was rescued by helo when he was trapped in quicksand, is there any record of anyone losing a bike to quicksand? More likely to happen to GS riders than the street fighter contingent.

    Those roads I hate... The ones that look well packed and hard but are saturated with water and deep spongy soft.

    Yeah, even though it looked dry on the surface it was greasy and bottomless when I hit that stretch. I couldn’t even pick up the bike until I pulled it into the grass because there was no footing. I’m sure camera footage of the crash would have been comedic gold.
