Does anyone know if there is a Shop or does anyone have a 130/80-17 tire in the area? I am thinking of riding the DR up but may need a replacement for the ride home. Or throw the TKC70s on the Uly and stay on the less aggressive rides. I would like to do the back door to the Fundy trail.

**Choke cable is frozen this morning on the DR. Looks like it may be the big bike. Does anybody know if you need to sign up for the Fundy ride? Thanks

Toys for Big Boys and Rallye Motoplex in Moncton are rally sponsors. Its not too far away from Adairs. Good people there too.

Another great FAR and probably the final one. It was really fun while it lasted. Thanks to Eric and Terri Russell for doing such a fantastic job these past five years. I made so many new friends who I will keep in touch with for sure. FAR 2019.jpg

Sunday morning after the rally I woke up to a flat front tire on my 701. Guess some of those rock hits did some damage. At least it held to the end. Start.jpg Jason.jpg Dave.jpg Getting certs.jpg Certs.jpg

Eric had it at the awards sitting on top of the podium. Someone asked us if it was ours and we said no so they handed it in to him.

Axle deep, Evil rallymaster Eric said. (fine print said---for the first and last two feet). One drowned Aftica Twin later, the lesson of "look before you leap" has been learned.

At any sketchy water crossing we would send Dave in first with the F800. Has the highest air intakes by far.

If anyone from Fundy organizers sees this, send me a PM. I'd like to get involved with helping 2020 planning right now. Ramp up in March and help pickup some of the loose ends.

Likely no Fundy Rally next year. 2019 was the last one for the current organizers.

...but not sort of lasting document detailing everything they do? Where, when, how, contacts at BMW Canada or volunteer list? If someone truly picks this up fresh, it will lose a lot of the spirit. It'd be good to have some sort of hand off with whoever is no longer doing it.

I only commented because I saw the post on ADVRider about it changing ownership. what's the reason for them cancelling it? No profit? No attendance? I'm truly totally ignorant but trying to help if I could.
