gonna miss sitting in his workshop. drinking coffee and smoking cigarettes. he was a good bloke to talk big life issues to. and him schooling me on just about everything to do with fab or mechanics. i take a lot of schooling and he just kept dumbing stuff down or demonstrating until i could understand. so much more in the real world than the sum of his posts.

Fuck, never met him but he was always good fun in the Harley bashing threads downstairs. It`s often hard to gauge a persons character from internet posts, but his genuine wit and charisma was clear to see. Ride free Ol`mate....

RIP Luke.. ride the Astral highways and byways. My wife is a BC survivor, eight years in and still doing well.. lost one of my mates to cancer a couple of months back, lost my wife's brother to cancer a few months back, lost one of my riding mates to cancer about three years ago (Southern Cross, aka Saturn 5, on this forum and others) ... and they say motorcycle riding is dangerous. FUCK CANCER.
We wouldn't lose so many if they got themselves checked more often. I'm as guilty as the rest, but my doc called me in, said it was time. It was a good move.
