New toy, brought it home from Dunedin through Ramrock road.






Also did the Hawksburn road between Clyde and Cromwell, it has been regravelled and graded, like a highway.

Nice run, but...Yuck!
Just when it was getting a few warts and bumps to make it interesting.
That steep-ish drop (from the Clyde side) into that single creek crossing just had the right bumps and washouts for a pucker-moment
last time we rode it.

yeah i hear ya, not really a challenging ride anymore, but there are a few side tracks to take.

I visited the South Island years ago and spent a few weeks touring around with the missus.
The most breath taking places I have ever seen, and the friendliest people ever.
What a special place in the world.
This glacier had me staring for hours in typical dumbstruck Aussie awe!

I have heard the sound of spring & it goes like 'BRAAAP!'

Spring ride Manawatu

Mt Barossa Last weekend. Still plenty of snow down here. Cold to. Hopefully get out on the bike next weekend if the rain buggers off!

Got a few new bits on the 500, so went for a test ride into skippers.











The road has been recently graded and is in excellent condition, except for the giant ruts that I left on the sweeping corners.
