Oh yes, I recognize it now. You really did pull out on us. That was probably when they rest was wondering what was happening to me the second time. Amazing how much that also looks like the white fence coming up off the hill at the new beginning of Mooresville headed South off of Copeland rd. Same house style

I snapped 3 pics in that long curve. Here's the next one. It has a bit more of a view.

I can't believe you got a ride done without me pushing you through the turns :)

We waited a little over 5 minutes after 12 so you didn't miss us by much. Hopefully you can make the next ride, whenever that may be. I'm hoping for a nice warmup but it doesn't look like that will happen in the next 10 days.

I rode a big loop from Ardmore to Pulaski, then Lewisburg, Petersburg, Fayetteville, Ardmore, then home. There were a few really nice roads for the Super Duke out there! 591B6CF3-6602-49BB-94DA-5FEE33D33079.jpeg

My wife had hers in March. I feel your pain.[emoji6] Hope she recovers quickly.

Thanks everyone for the comments. The first couple of days after surgery were really rough but Debbi is doing much better today.

Thanks Rudy. She is already back on her feet. The Doctor said that typically patients with this operation can go back to work after 2 weeks if they have an office job, 6 weeks for a manual labor job. Now I just need to motivate her to get back in shape like you did with your Dad.

@jrm927 and I got out a little this afternoon, ran a supposed to be paved route with no real water crossings for cold weather riding. I'm sad to report that we've lost two dirt roads to pavement (tar and gravel) north of Mt Zion Church near Minor Hill TN. That's three dirt roads down that I know of this year. They are just going away sadly. Little Texas Rd and the one that T's off of it to the West are the ones I noticed paved today. Moores Café was still good food stop on the way back.

Bummer. We need to do some rides in Bankhead. There's still plenty of dirt roads there.
