in south carolina i passed the big butt, i mean peach more construction needed gas, close to dark in sc i saw more spyders than i've ever seen
i remembered a fancy titty bar at this exit been 20 years since i'd been to it so i though i was over due to bad when i got there, there was a locked gate and plywood over the windows oh well i need to get all the miles in i can while it's still light out out of the corner of my eye i noticed something going up my forearm i reached over and grabbed my medical id before it bailed did i mention spyders
same station another lap back to louies for some shrimp nachos and a couple of sweetwaters i got back on 85 yea yea got home about 10:30ish good seeing family and learning some more good weather even if it was a little chilly
Always thought I wanted tire monitors….. That trip was Good stuff! And Fearless K25 is done,“ kaput” finally. No more burning PCB’s and its not becoming a national park or a racetrack like they wanted.
"wanted tire monitor" NO>>>>>>>>>>>> don't do it thanks, i really enjoyed it fearless, i don't know about him
sunday morning i hadn't heard from any of my play mates so i loaded up robin we rode down to jacks in braslton for brunch saw some folks we knew bar was packed so we found a spot out on back of the deck man that stuff was good ........
then we eased off towards home on back roads must have been selfie day we were taking a right at a stop sign, where gavin was rolling to a stop he said "ya wanta beer " well, yes, yes i do
ya'll remember gavin don't ya he was the one checking out the 9-11 raffle bike a couple of weekends ago yelp thats a dang good looking bike right there after our beer he went south and we went north my kinda rider, he was headed down the dirt road across from us to see where it went
back at home we did honey do'es and admired our new cat robin actually got it to let her pet it last night i got home saturday night was 623 miles, sunday i'm pretty sure robin and me did somewhere between 40- 50 miles both good days
but i will say, while i was keeping the dash in the corner of my eye. i noticed how many times the dumb thing says indian or has the symbol reminded me of stopping at @rtwdoug 5 or 10 years ago he looked at my tire and said you need a new one when it goes, it's gonna go quick he helped me take the wheel off, found a tire in town hauled me over there to get it and helped me put it back on while i was tring to get the dumbass saddle bag back on (he finally had to do it) i noticed him walking around me and the chrome slug and mumbling to himself when he said this thing says harley or has the symbol 40or 50(i dont remember the number) times when i got home the indian ain't much better
can't remember if i mentioned this last friday being cold till i got to the hotel saturday morning i hopped on the bike and rolling up the road i thought, why didn't you turn the heated seat on so today after work none of the usual suspect s wanted to ride let's assume that because i didn t call or text any of em but they didn't call or text me so............. i rode up into lula (maybe 5 miles from me) they were having a fall festival, every year i hear of it after wards and say i'm going next year but this year i was there and didn't even stop, rolling on murica i was real close to home but was on roads i'd never been on how wrong is that
shoulda stopped and checked out the dead people not sure where i was at i stopped at this lake as i walked around with my earbuds blasting moccison creek some dude was taking pic's of my bike, i smiled and nodded a ''hello" to him but after i fired up the bike and pulled off i realized he was proably tring to ask me something once again, i'm pretty sure some else is thinking whatta asshole when i didn;t even hear them oh well when i came out on the other side i realized it was the resvior for commerce, i'd worked on the water plant on the other side of the lake a long time ago i'd actually thought about the bbq joint in commerce for something to eat, but i didn't want ride that far but apperently i didn't tell the bike i had a brisket samwich and fried squash, hop dang diggity & a highland galtic omoving on before my phone died and the sun went down
