    is Mild Steel

as Axle Nut is low torque value.... fork pinch bolts do the work and I have actually run without a nut fer 1200kms..... oops - me bad? :loaded

have had 20 cut.... 5 spoken for..... tag dimension from flat of nut void (giggle!) to bottom edge of tag = 25mm.

You want me to weld some more length on?..... suggest you drill a hole in yer substrate (tyre lever) and have puddle welded..... neat!

Ah, well, I've just acquired an '03 200EXC. Strangely, it has the 32mm ring spanner welded onto the back of the 27mm hole as braaap! describes.

Stranger still, the EXC doesn't have a 32mm nut, only 27mm! So those tools are getting swapped over! :lol3

btw braaap! I've modified your tyre lever end spanner. The edges were really sharp and hurt my hands when using them. A few minutes with a file to round off the edges has made a big improvement.
