OK kids.... I know we're a few months out for D2D but it's never too early to start gathering swag for this year's funfest in Dawson. I just received our first item. Betty Cook from E Z Touring in Bend, Oregon donated a Traveler motorcycle cover that will be given away at the Friday night banquet.

I expect a huge crowd this year in Dawson so the more giveaways.....
the better. Now is a great time to tap your local dealers for a contribution. Remember that we're really not too proud and we'll give out anything you can come up with. OBTW, gift certificates pack very well.
Riders from "outside" feel free to grab something before you head up.
As in the past, we will have a box set aside at Barb's (Alaska Leather in Anchorage) for a shipping/drop off site. You get the swag this far... we'll get it across the border.

Now lets get busy.

Well, hydi ho, I see it is underway! Get rid of dem winter blues er whites.

Back from sailing, back in the saddle. Just thought I would add another bit of info, Canadian HQ will be sporting a new/used tire machine from John Valk BMW in Vancouver, will have it up and running for the D2D.

Looking forward to having the Fite back? and all the comrades in arms!

Quest and then Trek Over the Top and it will be riding season!

Great good wishes to all for this interesting 09. Nobody bailed me out when the banks called in all their notes in 82 and put me into bankruptcy, suffer you bastards, man up and get on with life and ride hard if nothing else!

Yo Dick. I think you have retirement figured out already. Volunteer work with the Quest. Volunteer work with 3 groups of snow machiners. Running a tire machine for traveling bikers. Hosting the D2D. Throw in a little flying time, a few bike rides and some time on the sailboat and you'll wonder how you ever had time to go to work.

And if all else fail Joann can find something for you to do around the house.

When do you get time to come down to Anchorage?

Thanks Katoomer. Certainly wouldn't hurt for a few of us to contact Betty at her e-mail addy and thank her for the generous donation. Not sure who walked away with the cover given away last year but a personal thank you from you would really help us in the future. Thanks in advance. Fite
