Temperatures according to Accuweather are showing 59-70F around Deadwood. How about Wyoming and around Badlands temp range? And at higher elevations?

Wow. Looks like we could catch a break with the weather. Out in the badlands looks like about the same -- low 70's for highs Fri-Sat. Pretty cool for mid August out here. No sustained real cold up high (7200ft) yet. Although we've seen snow in mid September on a bike trip out there.

    Cool, I'll look for y'all! I have a res'n at KOA Deadwood, 18th - 21st. Won't be offroading, though . . . the R100RT ain't exactly a DS-er, can't see what's right in front of the bike. :muutt

Has anyone stayed at Whistlers Gulch Campground? My wife and I booked a cabin there. Description says you can book the city trolley right at their front door. Need to find out if that will go to Lodge at Deadwood for catching a shuttle or whatever they planned for this years awards dinner.

What? AccuWeather is predicting 55/25%, 65/8%, 67/25% for Friday/Saturday/Sunday. Sounds like nice cool riding weather if it's accurate :)

    Aannndddd . . . . . I'm OUT!

Arrived at bananaman's place yesterday abt 5P . . . and went straight to the ER due to a flareup of a still-mystifying-the-Medical-Mafia (3-4 instances in the past 8yrs or so, no clue what's causing it) internal infection in my starboard leg, so I'm hors de combat for a couple-three days, minimum, leg elevated as much as possible and taking massive doses of Anti-B's, and my ride window to get to Deadwood just slammed shut.

Sent SueZan an email asking if I could pass my Registration on to someone else. She just replied and said Y E S, so if anyone can use it holler and it's yours . . . 1st hand in the air via PM (/Conversation) Wins. :deal
