hey.... you could take a friend or two right?
You'll be amazed at the number of new friends you'll have...
I could have gone there a couple times, but I also want to respect the invites etc etc. I’m also very jaded to fancy cars, cuz really they’re all just old cars. I work on this shit all day.
I’m sure it’s a neat experience though.
I have the same problem at shows, I don't know if I get bored or overwhelmed. See something on its own and I get excited. See 100 and not so much. Now if I could try a few out that's completely different.
what a bunch of jaded fuckers.... I'd be gone like a long neck goose
this may be 205...
go to 10:20 for the Bridgestone request.
Hey Fast Guy !
Hope you had a good riding summer.
Got a photo for ya to ponder...no...not photo shopped.
Welcome back ..hope your summer was great .. NOW GET TO WORK...
Yep, best summer I've seen up here in 42 years. Hope you had a good one too.
But I did not get to ride as much as hoped for. Just busy as hell all summer. Things are winding down a bit now.
Should be able to start posting some build pics soon. The RM125 is up and running plus there's another cool Suzuki that showed up.
Cool photo DiggerD. Those air tractor AT-802 planes just look so bad ass on the Wipaire amphibious floats.
No doubt I always wanted to build an old Pawnee or airtractor into a bush plane
Just sat a read all this chain, loved it, old guys make me laugh, skilled guys make me smile.
That has to be unique, an Agtruck on floats! Ag- whatever with a turbine!
My inlaw nephew is the pilot in the fire box 241 in Alaska.
His bud, also a another fire fighter took the photo near Anchorage last month.
His brother is also in Anchorage, working as a crew chief for the Air Force.
I like the pawnee cub shape tail better than the at, but love them both
That's cool, must be way fun to fly one. We've had a ton of wildfires this year, several too close to home. Crews from all over came up to help us out.
Tell him thanks for being here!
Hang on Steve.
Not letting you off that lightly.
You snuck in a little hint of the next project.
What cool Suzuki just showed up?
Here ya go Alex!
I'll get a new thread going soon starting where I left off on the RM125 build that began at the end of the RD400 thread.
The T250 showed up mid summer and it was very complete and original but needed a lot of attention. Going to be a sweet little scrambler when finished.
back to airplanes..
