I've been working this project for about 6mo. Haven't put gas in it yet, but that's all it should take to make it go.... plus fix a flat.

When I first got my Honda 550/4 we(a bunch of hooligans) all worked about the same hours and would congregate latenight at the Steak and Shake across from the airport in St. Louis. There were the usual collection of then superbikes, RD 350s Kawasakis and the token Bonneville. Some of the greatest times of my life were had racing around on 270 at ridiculous speeds. Would I do it now? Oh fuck no. But at the time ..YeeeHaw!
    Great memories.

I brought a R5 back to life 15 yrs ago and sent it to a collector in NY for $350.00 as he was moving north. I have no issues with sending it on so cheap, it was going to a good home.
