I'm not using this much so I guess I'll pass it on. Had 1425 miles when I got it, now has 1665 +. Stuff I did to it; Cleaned fuel tanks and carb., new fuel lines and added a reserve filter, New petcock, New spark plug, Replaced spark arrester, Replaced air filter foam, Replaced fork oil, Changed oil, cleaned strainer and filter chamber, Adjusted valves, Replaced rectifier, New rear tube, LED headlight and taillight upgrade, Lots of cleaning, straightening, lubricating and tweaking. The original sealed beam headlight goes with it but the low beam is burned out. Also comes with a new center cover and decals, I didn't put it on because I couldn't bear to see it get scratched up. Tires are like new. Original owner's manual. Has a sealed battery. Spare key blank included. Everything works, has a clean NC title in my name. Asking $2900 - negotiable.
One of you guys go ahead and buy this so I will quit looking at it. I’m right down the street from this bike and have been putting up the good fight not to contact the seller.
Standby........he went to Bandcamp. You can pm me and I'll pass it on. I want it bad but the wife gave me the stink eye. I bought his truck last February. His stuff is well taken care of......
I know some folks put a seat on the rack but I'm not sure where the pegs would go. I think the owner's manual says not to carry passengers; the shocks aren't exactly hefty.
You can put buddy pegs on them but the one you have for sale does not have the threaded bosses on the swing arm. The swing arm is the same across the years as far as length and shock mounts etc so one from an earlier 110 or CT90 that has the buddy pegs could be swapped in. Also there is a seat that bolts to the rear rack. Carrying a passenger isn’t a problem. Good luck.
