my 72 GT750j triple
and my 1970 H1 with 72 disc front end,
Back in the early ‘90s, had a ‘72 in California Burgundy. Mine was sun-faded to more of a pepto pink, and overall quite a bit farther gone than yours. I sold the drum front end to a vintage road racer for more than I bought the bike for, and spent the extra on GS750 single disk forks and GS450S cast wheels. I sold it off before getting it properly sorted (of course I did!) but loved the sound and feel. I can at least say I owned one — it was a bucket list bike for sure!
cheers, there nice bikes and this one is for sale
got a few four bangers that I prefer
HI had a '70 Black and Charcoal Grey H1. I thought the laser blue model didn't show up until '71. I still have a CDI igniter box if you need one, cheap.
As a fellow Buffalo owner, I especially like your GT.
