This is my track day tool. Originally Honda NS125F which I bought 8 years ago as a crusty neglected bike. I had no money, just got my first daughter and an ultimate urge to have an dedicated track bike. Bike cost 120€ and was non running pile. Gathered parts from friends, trash cans at track, own garage etc.
    Recipe is:
    -Honda frame modified to purpose
-Honda engine with Micron pipe, pit bike silencer and 2mm bigger carb, Boyesens etc.
-Modified and lengthened rear swing arm
-10 cm/4" narrowed Kawasaki ZXR750R fiber glass fairing
    -Cagiva Mito front end
-generic mx front disc, Brembo caliper and master cylinder (From my Moto Guzzi), Suzuki RG front wheel.
    -Kawasaki ZX10R rear shock
-Yamaha TZR250 rear wheel, chinese pit bike rear brake cylinder and caliper
-Yellow paint came from my little brother as he is a Caterpillar service engineer. It´s Cats touch up paint. Stickerbombing is my project with my girls.

First few summers rode with original 18" rear wheel and went through a few rear suspension iterations. This set up is the best and changed to slicks both ends 2020 summer.
It has been very reliable thing! Balancer shaft bearings exploded this summer and one gearbox dog broke after crash -20. Rode some 1100+ track miles before even checking piston, it was still in specs. Changed it and cleaned some ports.
It's not fast, but it's quick. And loads of fun!
