I have decided to sell my 2004 K1200GT in Grey Green color. I have ridden it locally and on one trip to the Texas Hill Country in the fall of 2019. While I love the bike, especially the motor, I find that I am better suited to my R1200RT , being 62 years old I really don't need 135 horsepower.

This is essentially a two owner bike, I purchased it in early 2019 from a fellow in Birmingham, Alabama who had purchased it from the original owner, in Huntsville, Alabama the previous fall.
He was a Harley owner who had recently had heart bypass surgery and was without a bike. He thought he'd try a Beemer. Unfortunately for him he was unable to ride in the slightly forward riding position characteristic of this bike, this being a sport tourer.

Mechanically the bike is 100%, I went through all of the systems

    Full brake bleed
    New brake pads
    Engine oil and filter
    Final drive fluid changed
    Transmission fluid changed
Valve clearances checked, no adjustments were needed
    New air filter
Tires are currently 75% front and rear.
    Mileage is 64,900

Bike comes with factory heated seat, in perfect condition.
Corbin seat as shown in photos.
    Heated grips, factory.
    RCU bar risers installed https://www.shopbmwmotorcycle.com/products/rcu-k1200gt-bar-risers
    Adjustable windshield, also factory equipment.
Givi rear box and BMW color matched side bags

Cosmetically the bike is a 9 out of 10. There is no broken plastic but there are a few scrapes in the paint work, shown in Google Photos album attached. I suspect it was dropped once in a parking lot as the worst of the scratches are low on the right side. There is one scratch on the left front side of the fuel tank, just in the clear coat, also shown in photos.

Asking $3800.00, not interested in trades as I have too many as it is.

Use the PM system here or text or call me at 810-516-9735. Text is best. Ill gladly call u back.

The bike is located in Hendersonville, TN, 20 minutes North of Nashville.

    Thanks for looking.

    Steve

It'll be spring before we know it. As a displaced Michigander I feel your pain about winter. Won't mention that I rode today here in Nashville.

Give it some thought, there is the shipping option.
