The youngest KL5A Kub has seen the D2D pics and Jacob and Brianna's ride, she wants to go now. Sometime this week I may run her by the DMV for the MC written, and definitely get her out on Legion's little zooker for some practice. It's time to get some karoo's for the old Honda CM400! :ricky

You got that right, Mamma. Jake's obviously well on his way to becoming an xlnt rider and at 16 could teach several of us a trick or five. Clearly a young man who's parents have put a lot of care, love and time into. Jacob can be proud and so can his folks. :thumb

As far as Nana goes, I've been very proud too. I've taught her how to snooze comfortably in the laundry room at the Destruction Bay Hotel, how to ride, she's a killer student and just smoked 3rd year calc (linear algebra) at APU while still a 12th grader at Dimond... and just as importantly she's gotten to see that adults aren't all about telling kids what to do and how to do it. We're about having fun too and I think that's been underscored several times and in a big way at the D2D runs she's been on. Our relationship is slowly transitioning from parental responsibility to more of a relationship you'd have with a friend and she'll be a great one. I'm looking forward to seeing what kind of adult she'll be but I've got a pretty good hunch.

I can't be the only one that has a job w/ a high density of cornholes in it and in contrast it's so nice to be around so many good people on that ride. The closer I get the more I realize that beyond a common mc interest there is in this group much more that most all of us share. There are some very caring people in this group and I'm fortunate for having gotten to know so many of you.

Second. GusGus is a perfect example. :thumb

Yep, quite a guy. One can hope to be riding like that on the other side of 70.

It was good to ride with you and Don for as long as you stand to go that slow. I guess I need a bigger bike!
