Note that I have two 2006 yellow DR650s. The one I bought in 2010 and rode off a cliff in Utah on the TAT in 2012 is not for sale as it is still my go-to DS bike. The one I am selling is actually the one that my TAT riding partner Darrell was riding on that trip. I bought the bike from Darrell in 2015 as a back up as I wasn't sure I could trust my bike after the crash. Well 10,000 miles later I would say my trust is restored and I'm ready to let this one go. In the 5 years I've had it, I've only put about 700 pavement miles on it, riding a few times a year to keep it in running condition and testing carb adjustments. I've got it running at 50 mpg which is great considering it has a smaller front sprocket and knobby tire for the dirt.

I know Darrell just used it as a dual sport bike and 95% of the miles he put on it were riding with me. He actually bought the bike after I forwarded the CL ad to him as we were planning our TAT trip. He did complete the Western TAT on it.

I also met the guy who owned it prior to Darrell and learned he had completed the CDR (Continental Divide Route) on it.

OK, enough talking here's the pics:
