Got a ton of miles in the saddle this summer and you'd think I could make it to Dawson, but it was the one weekend I couldn't go. Just booked a room at the local whorehouse for June 24 & 25, no excuses now! Looking forward to it....

I do hereby appoint you as the official D2D "list" guru.
I love the way you kept folks on task last year.

Are those tortellini's on top of the top box? F'ing yum!

P.S. since I'm bringing my missus this year, and it's doubtful she wants to camp it, how far out are we making reservations for hotels in Dawson?

So there looks to be quite the crew over in the sign up list... I imagine more than one person is thinking about heading up the dumpster to Inuvik.

What are the chances that there would be some others interested in a day flight to Tuk? I have been looking into it a little bit and the limited flight info I can find says that it is a demand based route. Perhaps if a few were interested the price would be halfway reasonable...

Stay on this PB, you'll flush a few out.
This year's D2D attendance numbers are looking strong.
I'm sure many will be heading up the "Dumpster" and a flight to Tuk would be icing on das cake.

It is time for me to put out the annual D2D notes. BUT>>>>>>
    A short note for now.

Thursday: Arrive in Dawson: Check out the goings on at the Downtown Dawson Hotel. Thats HQ for the event. Shirts will be on sale there.
Try your hand at a game of chance at Gerties. Do the toe in the bar at the Downtown Hotel. Take a quick ride up to the Dome for a nice evening picture.
Most of all hang out on the street corner and meet your fellow ADV riders.

Friday: Registration for the Poker run ($10.00 entry fee-American) starts at Noon. Bikes leave the Downtown hotel at 1:00am.

Banquet at the Palace Grand 6:00 pm Tickets on sale all day Friday at the Downtown Hotel, $25.00

Biker games begin 9:00 pm ish. On the street in front of the Downtown Hotel. Registration on site, entry fee-FREE.

    More later Kids........
