Do not confuse the adventure ride route posting and dualsport route postings. They are seperate route cards:eek1. Dualsport hits the gas station at 35 miles. The second station for Dualsport is at 67 miles just before retuning to the start for lunch. The adventure bikes hit the same stations but at different milages due to route differences:deal

    Dualsport at 35 and 67 not 55 and 90

Waiting for the last member of our crew to get off work, van and trailer loaded. Kinda weird heading down with 3 chicks, err, I mean, uh, Adventure Ladies.

Hey, anyone want to guess how many cubic feet of stuff a 22 year old girl packs for her first 2 night moto camping event? This van seemed so much bigger this morning...

That's why I have TWO trailers. The first one wasn't big enough... :rofl

Sign up starts at 7 AM saturday.
Riders meeting 8:30ish everyone leaves after the riders meeting

    [/QUOTE]

    So, sign-up is 30 minutes before sunrise? ? ?

(there won't be a sunrise tomorrow - with this weather it should start getting light just in time for the rider's meeting).

I'm an early bird but this schedule is a little much - almost requires a hotel room. . .

we're not doing all 200 miles the first day are we? :jinx

Sign up starts at that time, but runs up to the riders meeting (and through it for you professional stragglers).

Finally on the highway south of Cleveland with my "posse" Meredith, Jill, and Karen. It's a weird motorcycle existence i lead, but someone has to do it.

I learned my lesson from Hanging Rock after waiting in line over an hour to register Saturday morning. I PRE-registered this time! :D

+1 Thanks for a great event you put on Bill!

I had a great time today doing the D/S route. The single track after lunch totally wore my ass out! I should sleep good tonight. ;)

Nope, my ass is worn out! Were you the one talking about OMTA during the riders meeting? I was going to go talk to you but you (or whomever that was) were checking people out before they left...

This was my first AMA dual sport and I am hooked:clap

I do feel like I brought a knife(or club)to a gun fight my ol DR350 was out of it's league on the single track. I wasnt sure how these things worked.

I am going to have to find a way to plate one of my dirtbikes.......I think my KDX would be ideal:deal.

Thanks again for well put together ride.
