One owner, factory delivery, X3 AWD, SAV. We ordered this car as equipped, picked up Dec. 2012 @ Greenville, SC, BMW Performance Center.
It has ZERO! accident or weather damage history. ~73,000 miles & we still drive it.
Carfax is a total waste of money on this one! Talk to me!
Highway miles only, never a commuter or urban use car.
Zero door dings, no kids, no pets and non smokers.
    Fresh brakes all around.
All scheduled maintenance up to date.

FWIW, I am a former BMW, pro car wrencher.
The leather is perfect! As in-> like new.
This car has zero warts! Drives like a dream!
Fresh, high performance, OE size, Goodyear conventional tires.
Has a 2019, factory OE, "real" spare, along with a jack and lug wrench. A VERY expensive item!
Believe me when I say run-flat tires are a poor choice! The TPMS was replaced with the new tires.
I know market prices for these cars.
I have owned many, many BMW's and this is the best of the lot, beginning in 1969.
    All papers are included.
Location is about: 2 hrs east of Louisville, KY, 2hrs below Cincinnati, OH, 2hrs west of Charleston, WV and 3 hrs above Knoxville, TN. We sometimes travel to Knoxville & Birmingham, AL.
Lexington, KY airport is 1.5 hrs west of the car.

Absolute beauty of a car. I messaged my friend who is searching for something very similar to this. AWD and this price range are right up his alley. I will let you know what he thinks as soon as he texts me back.

I bought a Tundra from this guy a few years ago. Deal with no fear, he’s a straight shooter that takes care of his stuff

Of course I would not dare interrupt such an event!!

Let's try and talk tomorrow sometime, I'll send my phone number by PM.

EDIT: Just to clarify, by chat I meant in the literal sense, as in we would have a conversation :-)

Short answer is NO! to big ticket items as there are no big ticket scheduled maintenance items...:-)

    Maintenance schedule:
    >change oil & filter
    >Change engine air filter
    >2yr interval brake flushes
    >65k new spark plugs
Anything else is a wear item and has been done as needed per my ad above.
This car came with a 4yr/50K full warranty so the dealer did as much as they could wring out of the warranty when they could. FWIW, BMW now makes you pay for that warranty, as in added to the price.
