Did you check your front discs both sides?

On the GS with floating discs, that click sound is normal on some bikes.

Im having the EXACT same issue with mine.. at only 800 miles.. Been doing it since 400 miles. I posted in the problems thread as well, hoping I can get an answer on where to steer the dealer when I take it in for service next week

Could you give us any further feedback , or someone that owns this setup?

Does the windscreen wobble a lot at speed over 100km/h ? Does the air go over the helmet ?

I have an X-Screen on another bike. Mine is the clamp-on.

No, it doesn't wobble at speed (my windscreen does in fact bend backwards slightly at speed and of course the X-Screen moves with it) and the way I have it adjusted, I can ride at speeds up to 100mph without putting my visor down - unless it is raining. At 125mph, it stayed clamped and only leaned back a bit.

Not sure what the right thread is for this...
I went to the dealer today to have an error message fixed.
The mechanic told me that there was a dashboard software update and that he had applied it. He said to ride for 10,1 kilometers before the fuel range indication would be back on.

What he didn't tell me was that the update disabled my Favorites and also set my LED lights off. This means the low beam headlight was on all the time.

I reprogrammed the Favorites. In the bike's Settings, you can set DRL back to ON. Exit the menu, turn the ignition off and after that the LEDs under the headlight will be active again.

You have to reset both trip counters for the fuel range to work again.

Sir.. Wow. I know that this thread is old, but if you're still around, please tell me how you did your bike like this! I want nothing more than to have my 1190 blacked out, with the sweet decals you've got going on (though mine will be a little different in other regards, not trying to be a total copycat here :p ). Have been searching for a way to do this for a while now, and can't find a thing! :(
