Hey folks, Looks like life and work are getting the the way of us attending this event. I have the Sunrise Cabin currently booked for the nights of 6/19, 6/20, 6/22. In lieu of canceling (and taking the 50% hit as a credit for later booking) I thought I would offer it up to one of the members here. Let me know if you would like this unit. It is the 2 bedroom, 2 Bath with following:

    Amenities & Accessories

    • 1350 square feet • 2 Bedroom 2 bath • Sleeps 8 comfortably

    Fully equipped kitchen
    Living room
    Satellite TV
    DVD/VCR combo
    Foldout sofa
    Telephone
    Gas Fireplace
    Gas Barbecue Grill
    2 Queen Beds
    2 foldout sofa queens
    Air Conditioning
Hot Tub (Overlook and Sunrise Sunset share same hot tub)
    Wifi / High Speed Internet
    Fullsize Washer and Dryer

I'm looking to transfer it to one of you fine folks. The really nice people at The Resort are happy to make the transfer. My total for 2 people is:
    Arrival Date: 06/19/14
    Departure Date: 06/22/14
    Number of Nights: 3

    # of Adults (12 yrs. +): 2
    # of Children (3 - 11 yrs): 0

    Room Type: Sunrise
    Daily Rate: $340.00

    Total Estimated Stay: $1,134.24

    Deposit Paid: $1,134.24

This will be a complete transfer to you. They charge your card, re-issue the confirmation in your name, etc. Then they refund my deposit. All through the resort folks.

Please let me know if you are interested.
    Thanks !

Met a fellow rider up on the BLM fire watch tower south of the George.
Goes by DirtReeper if I have that right.
He was talking to me about this get together and I want to try to get in a ride or two. Ordered the T-Shirt XL as it seemed the thing to do.
I live in the area and he has done this ride before with you so I will get with him to try and figure out the dirt rides.
I ride a KTM 500 XC-W but she is plated but would rather stick to single/dbl./Jeep trails. Count me in if only for one of the days.
I'll pack my tent and bag and see how things go but sounds like a great group and a lot of fun. Just way late on the program I am.
Would love to take some on the Toquerville falls trail for those that what some excitement.NOT BIG BIKE FRIENDLY AT ALL.GReat single track with some step ups.
Not for the novice but not to bad either I think???

    Hello,

Is there anyone traveling from the San Diego area that can transport T-Shirts to the event for me. My transportation is leaving a day early and the T's aren't ready yet. I can bring them to you tomorrow night.
    Thanks,
    Jesse

I'm just a fool and have no clue so I 'm thinking I'll roll in wed. to get set up and a feel for things but this should be a blast. I'm stoked to ride dirt but my little bike with a plate loves the dirt and very little tarmac.:rofl
We can pull off ten miles here and there and that is why I plated MY DIRt BIKE
But I know we can hit the right group for big fun.
A big thank you in advance and let us ride.

    Hello Everyone,

    Answering a few questions:

    Rides typically start around 9:00AM.
However, you are free to do what ever you want. Remember that this is an Unorganized and Disorganized Weekend of Fun with great friends!

I suggest having everyone that wants to ride in a group meet at the Lodge/Front Desk and be ready to roll at 9:00AM.

SATURDAY: PLEASE BE AT THE LODGE BY 8:45 AM SO THAT WE CAN GET OUR GROUP PICTURE WITH ALL OF THE BIKES LINED UP. AS SOON AS WE ARE DONE WITH THE PHOTO WE WILL START OUR WORLD FAMOUS SNOWDEN RIDE. EVERY YEAR LONNY AND BRANDON SNOWDEN LEAD A GROUP RIDE THROUGH THE BACKROADS. THIS RIDE IS BIG BIKE FRIENDLY AND WE DO OUR BEST TO KEEP EVERYONE TOGETHER. WE TYPICALLY ONLY LOSE ONE RIDER EACH YEAR.

Feel free to call or text me if you have immediate questions.
I will be riding out tomorrow and won't be checking ADVRider until tomorrow night or Thursday morning.

    Thanks,
    Jesse "GeoMoto"

gas is not right at the resort but close. there is a small store just on hyw 9 just before you turn up to the resort coming from SpringDale / Zion
I just got back yesterday from the ponderosa rode home to Ogden and hit YES SNOW in salt lake city 41 and rain with wet snow !!!
Of course I went to southern UT so you don't bring your heated gear right!
well lesson learned never leave on a road trip with out your heated gear!
had rain suit but about froze.
I hope all have a great ride see you all next year!
