So after calling a variety of dealers, and dealing with a variety of terrible salespeople:

Q "Hi, do you have a 2017 Africa Twin tri-color?"
A "What are you trading in?"

My brother finally found one and put a deposit down. Dealer will install accessories and he'll pick it up in a week or two!

Good looking bike! You are going to love it! I just hit 8,500 miles on mine and have enjoyed every minute of it!

I am really hoping I love it as much as the manual version I am trading in on the DCT.
I am pretty sure I will.
I am really looking forward to this.

After hunting for a tricolor dct I switched gears...

Found a 16 standard with 1,100 miles and got it for 10 cash 2 weeks ago. Pretty happy and it's left room in my budget for bars and lights and bags. Already installed bark busters my gps and the fork wind deflector.

I've ordered a short screen mostly for gravel/off road riding as I don't like looking thru that distortion area involving the strengthening bead around the stock screen. I really like the design and function of the "Batzen Screen Adjuster" but can't find any source for the kit. Lots of pics and even install video but no source. Does anyone know if kit is available and if so could you provide a source or Link. Thanks

You just email Wolfgang directly and he'll provide cost and shipping info - gsadventure@gmx.net

Here's a link to another forum that explains the screen adjuster in more detail - http://www.africatwinforum.com/foru...es/6114-batzen-screen-adjuster-gps-mount.html
