Generally right there Ted, but with him opening an off piste track he will be hunted down today, but at that altitude it will be interesting to see the results!

08:58 : Van Beveren starts the special
It seems that Adrien Van Beveren has recovered from his earlier difficulties. Yamaha rider number 42 has started the day’s special at the scheduled time without any apparent problems.

If WP1 is anything to go by it seems the orange and the white guys are trying to put some pressure on the red team today...

More details on CS Santosh's retirement...

First up was his navigation tower that broke and CS Santosh managed to ride 300km trying to hold it in one hand and navigate with the other. Doing that, CS Santosh managed to go off track and lose his way, and by the time he was back on track, he was nearly three hours behind the first motorcycle that crossed the line in stage 4.

The second issue the Indian rider had was with the motorcycle electricals, which shorted. CS Santosh had trouble with the motorcycle from the beginning of the race, with the reliability and top speed of the Suzuki 450 RMZ motorcycle he was riding for the 2016 season.

Team mattighofen got together last night I imagine, and decided today was "open season" on HRC roadrunner...:deal "beep beep" speedy Goncalves. :D

Both Pricey and Quint are on the gas... taking advantage of their pos. 6 and pos.9 start spots today.

This is probably the perfect storm for a rally motorcycle.
Good thing he didn't hurt himself in the process.

    "BOLIVIA, BOLIVIA, BOLIVIA"

You must hand it to the media coverage Bolivia provides. It is like the icing on the cake for the rally.
