What's crazy is that on a seven minute ride, THAT is over a minute slower than the leader. Holy s**t.

The fast boys have a much higher corner speed.
Watching the vids of Toby in action, he's flat tracking so many corners
in fairly dicey conditions, it's amazing !

Dakar 2016, roughly 4500km's of special stages, I have not extracted the cancelled parts, in 48 hours of pure racing/riding time for the winner.

Average just under 95kph.. Pretty fast.

The cancelled parts were pretty big so that speed is going to drop lots. Anyone know how far this years Dakar actually went? Special & Liaison ?

2014 That's his rig for the chair in the foreground ! Great dude ! I was attracted to him as my brother in law is in a chair and thought that was a rad way to get around. We chatted once or twice while he was driving a one man buggy like Tom Coronel. When he showed the truck it made my heart swell and something got in my eye..

Did the cars take the same route as the motorcycles? I was trying to see where the Chinese Mini driver had her problems but didn't see it.

Thanks. I was thinking it was closer to the previous corner. Didn't look so bad on a motorcycle.

Oz Forum inmate, Will_S, posted this in the Oz section, but it's such a gem of an interview, I'll throw it up here so the rest of the world ADVer's don't miss out - Toby Price radio interview.
