Yes Harry Hunt has raced quite a few of the cross country rally's this year, not done too bad as a privateer, no doubt funded by his dad though who owned one of the largest privates real estate companies in the uk and sold it for squillions I recall.

Well, one of the best ways to spend squillions is racing cars in the Dakar :)

    I wish I had squillions :)

Thank's for the course "heads up" Myway. :clap

Geeze... I actually don't why Etienne went to all the cost and expense of hiring that "has been" Coma guy to logg the routes for ASO...?

I mean, between the google earth/mapsource cyber-intel skills of the f5 guru's on here - folks like Myway, Hogwild, Bluebull, Beechum & co. - the f5 collective have the luxury of setting the course from the comfort of their own keyboard and monitor... :lol3

Honda has a nice mix of countries represented on their factory team. Maybe I haven't been reading all the posts carefully, but I hadn't realize they have Ricky Brabec (USA) on their team.

No Australians other than Toby, I wonder if any entered, not even any overseas based Aussies.

Dakar Press conference. Looks like an amazing route this year. Marc Coma was excited to offer some "innovations", especially noting that there would be less information in the road books to keep things challenging.

    Glad to hear it!
