It's very loosely organized with bikes ranging from (the infinitely superior) TW200 to Goldwings and everything in between. Some folks have routes and share them, others just find roads and ramble as they see fit. It's a very welcoming group so if you don't bring a friend, you won't leave without one or eight!

If my current, cunning little plan comes together, I'll be riding a rented big bike in the Italian Alps. If that falls through, I'm in for this.

SPECIAL MESSAGE FROM CYNTHIA MARTIN, CASA DIRECTOR:

The Rich Mountain Rendezvous is right around the corner, September 15th-18th, so make sure that you register soon. This will be a time of great riding, wonderful fellowship and delicious food.

Some wonderful meals are being planned including grilled hamburgers Friday night and a delicious pulled pork dinner on Saturday night. A local band has been lined up to entertain us on Saturday evening and we have door prizes that we will be handing out as well. We’ve also had requests for another beer and wine tasting so that is on the agenda this year as well.

Some great paved and off road routes are being laid out for those participants that would like to spend Friday and Saturday touring the beautiful Ouachita Mountains.

All the proceeds from this event help abused and neglected children so not only are you getting to enjoy a great rally but you are also helping vulnerable children as well. 

I hope to see you there!

I'm in after a long time away from ADV and motorcycles. Anyone from the DFW area heading up Thursday morning hit me up.

The big hand is on the 8 and the little hand is on the 13 (or maybe it's the other way 'round...?)

Either way, you have two more days to register and get that $5 discount AND be sure your tshirt is waiting for you at check-in!

When you register, if you can include your accommodation plans and approximate expected arrival, we'll leave the light on for you. Or save a pancake or something.

While we appreciate payment ahead of time, you can register now and pay for that when you get there. Camping/lodge fees are all paid on-site.

    See you on the mountain!

Getting closer. Looks like there will be a good turnout. If you haven't made this rally before, you are missing a good time for a good cause.
